TV Snubs and Surprises <br />From the Golden Globes Nominations Some major snubs <br />hit the best TV Drama category. The Handmaids Tale on Hulu <br />and HBO's Westworld <br />were both given a pass this year. Donald Glover's Atlanta <br />was snubbed in the <br />best comedy series category. In the best actor <br />in a drama category, <br />This Is Us was locked out. Robin Wright didn't <br />receive a nod for her <br />performance in the <br />final season of House of Cards. Actors passed over for the <br />comedy series category <br />included Ted Danson for The Good Place. Sacha Baron Cohen surprised <br />with his nomination for <br />best actor in a comedy series <br />for his show, This Is America. Other surprises included <br />'Bodyguard' in the best drama <br />category and Candice Bergen<br />for the 'Murphy Brow' reboot. The 76th Golden <br />Globes Awards <br />air on NBC <br />January 6.
