The prosecution's request for arrest warrants against two former Supreme Court chief justices has been dismissed by a local court.<br /> The Seoul Central District Court's decision means Ko Young-han and Park Byong-dae were free to leave the detention center in the early hours of this morning.<br />With the hearings for the two retired justices taking place separately on Thursday,... the court found no reason for their arrest,.. and granted their release just past midnight.<br />The two are suspected of interfering in politically sensitive trials including the compensation suit for Korean forced labor victims against Japanese companies. <br />
