Still radio silence from Pyeongyang on a big visit that was promised,... according to Seoul's Presidential Office.<br />In a text message to pool reporters Friday,... a Blue House official said it has not yet received a message in regards to the reciprocal visit to South Korea by the North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. <br /> Speculation over that visit had been brewing-- as President Moon Jae-in, during his overseas trip, said the possibility of Kim visiting Seoul by the year's end is still open.<br />President Moon added that whether or not Kim visits the South before the year's end is completely the North Korean leader's decision. <br />
