For those of you here in Korea,.... it's been a bone-chilling day so far,... as temperatures dropped to some of the lowest levels we've seen this season.<br /> According to the weather agency,.... the mercury here in Seoul dropped to minus six degrees Celsius during the morning,... although, with wind chills,... it felt much like minus 16 degrees.<br />Cold wave advisories were issued in many areas,... and Hwacheon County in Gangwon-do Province saw the temperature drop to minus 18-point-8 degrees,... the lowest in the country. <br /> Meanwhile, southern provinces and Jeju Island are expected to see a bout of heavy snow.<br />Weather experts say....an inflow of cold air from the North has brought about such freezing temperatures.... and that the extreme cold is expected to last throughout the weekend. <br />
