Let's begin with the seriously cold weather we've had to endure over the past few days in South Korea.<br />The entire country woke up to sub-freezing lows,... far below the seasonal average.<br />Seoul saw the low dip to minus eight degrees Celsius overnight and it was even colder in more remote regions.<br />However, some good news as milder weather is forecast from this afternoon.<br />Highs for Seoul and Busan will reach four, and ten degrees Celsuis respectively.<br />Temperatures for Tuesday will return to seasonal norms,... and we'll see rain or snow and milder temperatures.<br />Our weathercaster Lee Jee-hyun will have a more in-depth report toward the tail end of this newscast in about 25 minutes. <br />
