A former Miss Kentucky has been charged with sending nude pictures to a 15-year-old former student.<br />According to Newser, 28-year-old Ramsey Bearse is a teacher in West Virginia.<br />Bearse was arrested Friday. She was charged with four felony counts of distributing or displaying obscene matter to a minor.<br />The student's parent informed authorities that lewd pictures found on the teenager's phone were sent by Bearse.<br />The unidentified parent says Bearse had been one of the boy's teacher in middle school. <br />
