Britain Can Cancel Brexit, <br />Top EU Court Rules European Court of Justice <br />ruled the U.K. can revoke <br />Article 50. The exit clause, put into motion <br />by the country in 2017, began <br />the two-year countdown for <br />the U.K.'s exit from the E.U. The ruling states that the <br />U.K. can choose to cancel <br />Brexit without the approval <br />of the other 27 E.U. members. The E.U. court ruling <br />says that Article 50 <br />could be reversed, The U.K. remains bitterly <br />divided over Brexit. Anti-Brexit campaigners <br />heralded Monday's ruling <br />from the European Court. British Prime Minister <br />Theresa May recently <br />finalized negotiations with <br />the E.U. on the Brexit deal. That deal is scheduled <br />to come up for a vote before<br />British Parliament on Tuesday. With many from May's <br />own party openly opposing <br />the deal, there's a good <br />chance it will be shot down.
