SCOTUS Declines <br />Planned Parenthood Case The case concerned whether <br />patients could use Medicaid <br />for pregnancy-related <br />Planned Parenthood services. Planned Parenthood provides <br />such services to low-income women. The Supreme Court declining the case <br />means that most states will be unable <br />to block patients from doing so.
