According to Reuters, the president of the European Council said the EU is open to discussing the UK's ratification of a withdrawal agreement.<br />However, European Council President Donald Tusk said that Brexit is not open for renegotiations.<br />President Tusk tweeted that he will call the European Council together to discuss the specifics of Article 50 in the withdrawal agreement. <br />
