A man has been arrested by London police officers for breaching the carriage gates at the Houses of Parliament in Westminster.<br /><br />Multiple eyewitness accounts say that the man was tasered by police and has since been taken away in a police van.<br /><br />An eyewitness told Newsflare that around 25 armed police officers attended the scene, as well as five plain-clothed officers.
