1. Get away from negativity <br />Make sure you don't have anyone in your inner circle that brings you down. If so maybe take a break from this person. <br />2. Upgrade your body language and your image <br />Pull your shoulders back, smile more, make eye-contact when you talk and dress nicely. <br />3. Get rid of failure and negative voices in your head <br />Never accept failure, don't give up because there is always a solution to your problem. <br />4. Be prepared <br />In your field, whether it's your job, your studies, a presentation, learn everything you need to know. It will give you the confidence as you know what you are talking about. <br />5. Create lists <br />When feeling really low, make two lists. One where you write down all the things you are grateful for. The other for all the accomplishments you are proud of.
