Good morning, most regions are waking up to a colder start to the day... morning lows have dropped a couple degrees lower than yesterday... but daily highs will rise to positive territory under mostly sunny skies. <br /><br />Air quality will be poor. The capital area will see relatively high levels of fine dust while Daejeon and its surrounding regions will also have to deal with polluted air. <br /><br />Taking a closer look at today's temperatures... morning lows in Seoul and Daejeon are at minus 4 degrees Celsius, Gyeongju at minus 2 degrees... but expect bright sunshine for most parts. Those in Chuncheon and Gangwondo Province will need to drive with extra care as yesterday's heavy snow piled up on the roads. <br /><br /> Daily highs will be a few notches lower than yesterday, Seoul at 2 degrees. <br /><br />That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.<br />
