What to eat before and after your exercise

Skipping food before your workout can be really bad for you. And affect your performances. Before and after a workout you should eat carbs and proteins. <br />It's better if you eat between 30 min and one hour before your workout. What you should be eating pre-workout: Granola bars, fruits, dried fruit. Oatmeal, greek yogurt (which has carbs and protein), toast. <br />After your workout, you need to eat. You shouldn't cut it out. Your body needs the energy to recuperate after the effort. Your post-workout meal should be: Quinoa, brown rice, nuts, whole wheat bread. Tofu, beans, fish. Loads of vegetables. And never forget to drink a lot before, during and after your workout!
