통일부 "13일 철도•도로 착공식 실무회의 개최"<br /><br />South and North Korea are pushing forward with a ceremony to break ground on work to connect their railways and roads.<br />That's according to Seoul's Unification Ministry, which said in a regular briefing on Wednesday,... that South Korea has sent a basic plan for the ceremony to the North and that they're sorting out the details based on that plan.<br />The ministry also says the two sides will hold talks on Thursday at the inter-Korean liaison office, as part of efforts to hold the event before the end of the year... as part of implementing the summit agreement reached in Pyeongyang in September. <br />
