Try this recipe at home and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />Capsicum, cut from top & deseeded<br />4 Potatoes, boiled&peeled<br />1 tbsp Coriander powder<br />1 tbsp Mix Masala<br />Coriander leaves<br />Salt<br />1 tsp Ginger-garlic, crushed<br />1/2 cup Peas<br />1 Spring Onion, chopped<br /><br />Method:-<br />Take a capsicum, chop off the top, stuff it with potato & peas mixture.<br />Heat a pan, place the stuffed capsicum on it, close the lid and let it fry for 15-20 minutes.<br />Open the lid and serve it on a plate.<br /><br />Our Stuffed Capsicum is ready to eat.
