Learn how to make Anda Pakoda at home with Chef Smita Deo on Ruchkar Mejwani.<br /><br />Ingredients :<br /><br />1 cup Gram Flour<br />1 Onion Paste<br />1 tsp Garlic paste <br />1 Ginger paste<br />Green Chillies Chopped<br />1/2 tsp Garam masala<br />1/2 tsp Turmeric<br />1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br />Salt<br />Water<br />4 boiled eggs<br />Oil as required<br /><br />Method :<br /><br />Take 1 cup Gram flour in a cup<br />Add 1 Onion paste<br />Add Garlic Paste<br />Add Ginger Paste<br />Add Chopped Green chillies<br />1/2 tsp Garam Masala<br />1/2 tsp Turmeric<br />1/2 Red Chillie powder<br />Salt to taste<br />add water <br /><br />Mix everything together and make a pakoda batter <br /><br />In a kadai, add some oil for frying<br />take boiled eggs, cut it into 4 slices<br />Coat the egg slices with the pakoda batter<br />Fry it in the oil<br /><br />Serve it in a platter, add chaat masala on top of it.
