Officials from South and North Korea will meet soon to discuss ways to move ahead with the groundbreaking ceremony for railway and road connections.<br />According to Seoul's Unification Ministry,... the two sides will hold talks on Thursday at the inter-Korean liaison office in Gaeseong.<br />The meeting is part of efforts to hold the event before the end of the year... as agreed at the inter-Korean summit in Pyeongyang in September.<br />The ministry has already sent a basic plan for the event to the North,... and they have been sorting out the details based on that plan. <br />
