Let's start with the weather...<br />It can't make its mind up yet,... but we've been seeing some relatively heavy snow over the past hour or so in Seoul.<br />The capital and its surrounding area has been seeing on-and-off snowfall since the break of dawn. <br />South Korea's weather agency says clouds created by warm air off the west coast, which were expected to dump a lot more snow on the central regions, did not grow as big as forecast.<br />As a result, the heavy snow advisories issued for some parts of Gyeonggi-do Province and Gangwon-do Province have been removed.<br />We'll have a more in-depth look at the wetaher forecast from our Lee Jee-hyun in around 20 minutes. <br />
