According to Business Insider, Global stocks jumped Monday as the US and China offered a series of signs trade talks were off to a positive start.<br />The Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped 1.5%, or about 360 points. The Nasdaq Composite rose 2%, and the S&P 500 gained 1.4%. Last week, stocks posted their largest weekly decline since March. <br />
