Apple Will Create a <br />$1 Billion Campus<br />in Austin, TX Austin is already home <br />to an Apple campus which <br />accommodates 6,200 employees. The new campus is planned <br />to be erected across 133 acres, <br />less than a mile from the present one. Adding between <br />5,000 and 15,000 jobs, Apple also has plans to build offices <br />in Seattle, San Diego and Culver City. The tech giant plans <br />to add 20,000 <br />U.S. jobs by 2023. It will invest $30 billion <br />in U.S. facilities and <br />$10 billion in U.S. data centers. Apple currently <br />employs 90,000 <br />people in the U.S. The company created <br />6,000 U.S. jobs in 2017.
