Good morning, bitterly cold air is back... temperatures in upper regions are close to minus 10 degrees Celsius, even southern regions are waking up to frigid air with a cold wave alerts in place in many areas. These cold temps will be enough to re-freeze any water or snow on the roads, in fact Seoul saw around two centimeters of snowfall. <br /><br />Drivers need to watch for dangerous, icy conditions... Pedestrians need to watch out for some slippery spots, especially on side roads and sidewalks. Seoul and Daejeon are waking up to a low of minus 7 degrees Celsius, Chuncheon at minus 12. <br /><br />Daily highs will be couple notches lower today at 1 degree in Seoul, 3 degrees in Daejeon. Bundle up on your way out. <br /><br />After our cold and frosty start on Saturday morning, temperatures bounce back to the bearable side.
