A high-speed train crash in the Turkish capital Ankara has killed at least nine people and injured dozens more.<br />The Thursday morning train was said to have collided head on with another train, which was checking the tracks at Marsandiz station, and then onto a pedestrian overpass.<br />The high-speed train was carrying more than 200 passengers and usually passes the station without stopping.<br />Emergency services are working to rescue passengers from wrangled cars and debris. <br />The exact of the crash remains unclear, but three state railway workers have been detained over suspected negligence. <br />
