According to Reuters, Yemen's warring parties agreed to a cease fire over the port city of Hodeidah.<br />The agreement is seen as the first significant breakthrough for a U.N. peace effort to resolve the five year conflict.<br />As part of the cease fire, Houthi rebels agreed to withdraw their troops from the city.<br />Houthi rebels will also pull back from the ports of Salif and Ras Isa, which have been used to import grain and oil.<br />U.N. <br />
