The Korea Meteorological Administration is forecasting cloudy skies nationwide on Sunday.<br />Rain or snow is expected to fall in most regions during the afternoon... except in provinces of Chungcheongnam-do... as well as the east coast of Gangwon-do Province... where a dry weather alert has been issued.<br />Meanwhile, a heavy snow alert has been issued for Jeju Island.<br />The national weather bureau has warned drivers to beware of icy roads.<br />The high on Sunday for the capital city of Seoul is expected to go up to three degrees Celsius. <br />
