유엔총회, 17일에 14년 연속 새벽 북한 인권결의안 채택<br /><br />The United Nations will adopt a resolution on North Korea's human rights violations on Monday, local time.<br />The resolution strongly condemns the regime's long-standing and ongoing violations of human rights.... and was approved by consensus without a vote last month. <br />This will be the 14th straight year the UN adopted a resolution to the matter. <br />As for the reasons for passing the resolution,... it has listed North Korea's serious human rights violations,... including torture, rape and public executions.<br />It also urges the Security Council to take appropriate measures to hold the abusers accountable. <br />But for the first time this year,... it included that it welcomes Seoul and Washington's current diplomatic efforts with Pyeongyang. <br />
