Police cordon off St. Mary's Street in Cardiff as they respond to an 'ongoing incident' in the city centre. <br /><br />Staff from local shops and residents of apartments in the area have also been told to leave their homes, according to local media. <br /><br />The filmer, Ryan James, says the reason for the cordon remains unknown and that people are remaining fairly calm. <br /><br />"Besides the cordon everyone is just curious and milling about," he says. "Even the police seem fairly calm but I suppose it's their job."
