Arirang TV has been holding a fundraising event to help underprivileged students. <br />At a donation ceremony on Tuesday, Arirang TV Chairman Lee Seung-youl delivered the contributions to a local scholarship group.<br />For about three weeks since late November, workers at Arirang TV and others who share the same building have been donating basic necessities like clothing and canned food.<br />A local women's scholarship group called Wholsee will sell the donated items at its own 'Wholsee Market' in Seocho-gu District and the proceeds will go to scholarships for underprivileged middle school, high school and university students. <br />
