South Korea has restricted travel by its citizens to Mozambique's northeastern province of ( )Cabo Delgado... where there have been indiscriminate attacks on civilians by armed groups.<br />On Tuesday, Seoul's foreign affairs ministry said that effective from the day, the travel alert to the region has been raised from "extreme caution" to "red."<br />The ministry asked all those planning to travel to the area to cancel or postpone their trip. <br />There have been continuous indiscriminate attacks on civilians by armed groups in the province since late last year... and a high chance the security situation will get worse.<br />As of now, there are no South Koreans living in the region. <br />
