Washington's nuclear envoy Stephen Biegun will be in Seoul from Wednesday through Saturday for a series of talks with his South Korean counterpart. <br />The nation's foreign ministry announced today, Biegun and Lee Do-hoon will meet as nuclear negotiators on Thursday. <br />On Friday they'll meet as heads of the South Korea-U.S. working group on North Korea... to discuss the results of recent contacts between Pyeongyang and Washington as well as strategies to be implemented next year on the nuclear issue.<br />The working group meeting will be held in two sessions, one on the regime's denuclearization, and the other on inter-Korean exchanges. <br />
