Survey Reveals That Most <br />Adults Live Unhealthy Lifestyles Nearly nine out of ten of survey <br />respondents revealed that the <br />had at least one unhealthy trait. The unhealthy traits listed <br />in the survey were smoking, drinking, eating less than <br />five servings of <br />fruits and vegetables, obesity and low rates <br />of physical activity. The survey included 8,000 adults <br />and 2,000 children. It revealed that at least <br />half of adults exhibited more<br />than one of the unhealthy traits. The most common traits <br />exhibited was low consumption <br />of fruits and vegetables. The survey also revealed <br />that levels of smoking and <br />excess drinking have both dropped.
