Our top story this morning...<br />The U.S. Special Representative for North Korea will arrive in Seoul in the coming hours for talks with his South Korean counterpart. <br />Stephen Biegun and Seoul's Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs Lee Do-hoon will first meet on Thursday for nuclear negotiations. <br />On Friday they'll meet as the heads of the South Korea-U.S. working group on North Korea... to discuss the results of recent contacts between Pyeongyang and Washington as well as strategies to be implemented next year on the nuclear issue.<br />That meeting will be held over two sessions, one on the regime's denuclearization, and the other on inter-Korean exchanges. <br />
