A student climbed onto an escalator handrail and fell one storey in a Chinese mall.<br /><br />The terrifying video, filmed in Dongguan City in southern Guangdong Province last Friday (December 14), shows a boy in a school uniform walking to a closed escalator and climbing onto the handrail.<br /><br />However, he suddenly loses his balance and slips down from third floor to the second floor.<br /><br />After a while, the boy’s parents and the mall staff arrived on site and paramedics started to rescue him. <br /><br />He was sent to the intensive care unit for treatment that night and his condition was unknown.<br /><br />Police are investigating the case, reports said.
