According to Reuters, US stocks took a sharp turn for the worst after the Federal Reserve announced their interest rate forecast for 2019.<br />By the afternoon on Dec. 18th, the top three markets on Wall Street were trading up over 1-percent each.<br />But the top markets on the New York Stock Exchange ended the day down about 1-percent each.<br />The Nasdaq Composite led losses, falling 2-percent, as the market shrank 140-points.<br />The Dow Jones Industrial Average and the S&P 500 were down about 1.5-percent each.<br />The Dow Jones dropped by 352-points, while the S&P shed 35-points. <br />
