This dachshund is able to sit on its hind legs balanced upright like a miniature human.<br /><br />The dog - named Scrappy from Orlando, Florida - has been sitting like this since he was a puppy. He is able to do this for long periods of time, as seen in this clip captured yesterday (December 19). <br /><br />According to his owner, he is able to sit straight like this for up to 25 minutes at a time.<br /><br />His owner told Newsflare: "With his long face and cute eyes, the stare he gives off can be quite humorous, with multiple people comparing him to (Harry Potter's) Dobby the Elf."
