Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said he is confident that the Food Bank Malaysia Programme can reduce the cost of living for local consumers, especially those in the B40 group.<br /><br />He said in a text speech which was read out by Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng on Saturday.
