South Korea sent a delegation to the North today to prepare for a ceremony that'll be held this coming Wednesday... to symbolically break ground on work to connect and modernize the two sides' railways and roads.<br /> The South Korean government says the delegation of 14... consists of officials from the unification ministry and the transport ministry.<br />They're tasked with working-level preparations for the ceremony, including the detailed schedule and the list of attendees.<br />The plan is for them to continue those preparations in another visit Monday afternoon.<br />South and North have agreed to each send about a hundred people to the groundbreaking on Wednesday at Panmun Station, just north of the border near the town of Gaesong. <br />
