You would have thought from this clingy Maltese's reaction that he hadn't seen his owner in years.<br /><br />In the video filmed in Manila, Philippines on December 2, the overexcited pup can be seen wagging his tail vigorously as he sees his owner.<br /><br />"We left him to the groomer for one hour, and when we come back, he welcomed us like we were gone for one decade, the owner said. "Nimbus is a Maltese, a very loving and clingy pup and we love him 1 million times back."
