According to Automotive News, BMW is facing a criminal probe in South Korea due to fire hazards and delayed recalls.<br />Regulators concluded that BMW concealed fire hazards for engines.<br />In response, South Korea's transport ministry will ask prosecutors to investigate BMW even further.<br />The Germany automaker has also been fined $10 million to a belated recall of 22,670 vehicles.<br />Worldwide, BMW has recalled 1.6 million vehicles due to defects. <br />
