Officers were called to Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, Kansas late Wednesday evening after reports that shots were fired.<br /><br />The mall was placed on lockdown as police investigated.<br /><br />This video, filmed from inside Champs Sports at 8:35 pm, shows armed officers walking as a security guard described what had happened.<br /><br />"There was a gun shot right around this area," he is saying.<br /><br />The filmer, who was inside the shuttered sports shop, said she heard the shot.<br /><br />Several shell casings were found east of the food court in the mall parking lot, said Overland Park Police spokesman John Lacy. No blood was found.<br /><br />The story was developing at the time of writing.
