'Aquaman' Swims Past <br />$600 Million Mark at <br />the Global Box Office This makes it Warner Bros.’ <br />most profitable movie of the year. In less than a week, 'Aquaman' has earned $122.6 million in the U.S. This gives it around $300k more than fellow DC film 'Justice League' <br />in the six-day period. It's not yet known if James Wan-directed flick can beat theglobal box office totals of 'Wonder Woman' <br />and 'Batman v Superman,' which took in $821 million and <br />$873 million, respectively. It could receive help from China, which <br />just granted the movie an extended <br />theater run until February 6. Since opening on December 7, 'Aquaman' has taken in $254 million at the Chinese box office.
