Let's start with the big chill... causing us all to shiver in South Korea.<br />It's another bitterly, bitterly cold morning with the lows well into the double negative digits for most of the central region.<br />Parts of Gangwon-do Province to the east are seeing the mercury at a bone-chilling minus 20 degrees Celsius at the moment.<br />Seoul isn't much better... at minus 14.<br />In the fact, the only part of the country that isn't sub-freezing as we speak is the southern island of Jeju.<br />The frigid conditions are expected to have the country in their grip for a least the next few days... and be aware of the wind as it'll make it feel even colder.<br />Bundle up with extra layers when heading out.<br />Another option would be to try and stay indoors if possible. <br />
