Heavy snowfall and low temperatures froze roads in Weihai City, located in the eastern Chinese province of Shandong, causing a vehicular accident on December 27 as cars slipped and collided into each other.<br /><br />Due to the icy surface, cars were unable to use their brakes, causing them to go out of control. <br /><br />Local media reported no casualties and that the accident was being investigated.
