Power Plant Explosion Turns Night <br />Sky Blue Around New York City The incident happened at a Con Edison power plant <br />in the borough of Queens. ConEd officials called it a "brief electrical fire" and added no one was injured. There is also no reported damage to any homes near the power plant. Temporary power outages have all been fixed as of Friday morning.
