We start with the weather today,... where the cold spell continues nationwide,... with most parts of the country seeing temperatures stay below zero. <br />The capital Seoul saw its mercury drop to minus 10 degrees Celsius this morning,... but with the wind chill, it felt like minus 20. <br />The southern port city of Busan stood at minus 6 degrees.<br />Jeju Island is at 1 degree above zero, but more snow is expected there over the weekend.<br />It should get slightly warmer in the afternoon,... with Seoul reaching highs of minus 3 degrees. <br />Meanwhile, the nation's weather agency has issued a dry air warning in major cities around the country,... including Seoul and the surrounding Gyeonggi-do province.<br />It advised people to be extra cautious especially around mountainous areas, due to increased risk of fires. <br />
