Boston Bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is trying to get his conviction thrown out.<br />Tsarnaev claims that he did not get a fair trial in Boston.<br />Newser reports his attorneys don't deny their client was behind the "heinous" 2013 Boston Marathon bombing.<br />In an 1,100 page brief his lawyers argue "this case should not have been tried in Boston."<br />The lawyers claim citizens of Boston could not form a jury of impartial peers. <br />
