Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />3 Eggs<br />1/2 cup Milk<br />1/2 cup Water<br />3 tbsp Butter (melted)<br />3/4 cup Refined Flour<br />1/2 tsp Salt<br />10-15 Strawberries, cut into half)<br />2 tbsp Water<br />2 tbsp Castor Sugar<br /><br />For Whipping Cream<br />Whipped Cream<br />1 tbsp Castor Sugar<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a bowl, add eggs, milk, water, butter, refined flour, beat well, add salt and our batter is ready.<br />Heat a pan, pour a ladle full of batter and create a thin crepe.<br />Cook it on medium to low flame.<br />Once you see bubbles on top, fill it.<br />Our Crepe is ready.<br />In a bowl of whipping cream, add castor sugar and mix well.<br />Take a crepe, spread some whipping cream, strawberry sauce, roll it and top it with strawberries.<br /><br />Strawberry Sauce:<br />In a vessel, add strawberries, castor sugar, water and cook till they are nice and mushy.<br /><br />Our Strawberry Crepe is ready to eat.<br />
