Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below. <br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1/2 kg Chicken, boneless<br />5-6 Garlic cloves<br />4 Green Chillies, chopped<br />Salt<br />1/2 tsp Pepper Powder<br />Mozzarella Cheese<br />2 Eggs<br />Flour<br />Breadcrumbs<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a vessel, add chicken, garlic, green chillies, salt, pepper powder, saute it for a min and then cover and cook it till its done.<br />Let the chicken cool and then grind it into paste.<br />Take it out in a bowl, add coriander leaves and mix well.<br />Take a small portion of the chicken, flatten it and fill it with cheese.<br />Make a round ball of it and keep it aside.<br />In a bowl, beat eggs, dip the cheese balls in it, coat it with flour, roll it in breadcrumbs and fry it till golden brown.<br /><br />Our Chicken Cheese Balls are ready.
