A massive multi-national trade deal and successor to the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement... comes into force starting Sunday.<br />Six of the 11 member countries of the CPTPP,... which stands for the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, will immediately carry out the first round of tariff cuts.<br />That includes Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Mexico. <br />Vietnam will join them next month.<br />The CPTPP aims to eliminate 95 percent of tariffs on goods traded around the Pacific Rim.<br />Its members represent a combined 13-point-9-percent of global GDP. <br />
