Russian President Vladimir Putin has conveyed his New Year's greetings to President Moon Jae-in,... in which he stressed close cooperation between Seoul and Moscow. <br />The Kremlin says the message noted how this year's talks between the two leaders in Moscow and Singapore have been significant driving engines in forming a constructive bilateral relationship. <br />Putin also called for stronger coordination in addressing regional and international issues. <br />The Russian President also sent messages to other world leaders including those in the U.K., Germany and Vietnam. <br />
