President Moon Jae-in's top aides are scheduled to field questions at the National Assembly today about a scandal involving the alleged illegal surveillance of private citizens. <br />Opposition parties, especially the main opposition Liberty Korea Party,... are expected to slam President Moon's Chief of Staff Im Jong-seok and his Civil Affairs Senior Secretary Cho Kuk for their alleged involvement. <br />They're also accused of compiling a blacklist of executives at public organizations affiliated with the environment ministry earlier this year. <br />The ruling party denies the allegations, saying it will prove the scandal is nothing more than "fake news". <br />
